Hablando del restaurante, sin duda está rica la comida, la alberca se mantiene a unos 28-30 grados todo el día. Las habitaciones son un poco frías por su orientación y la época del año, sin embargo nada que el minisplit en su función de "heat" no pueda ayudar. El agua de la regadera no es caliente si no tibia, si termal (cómo dicen ellos) pero no llega a estar realmente caliente nunca. Buena presión y necesidad de renovar ciertos mobiliarios de la habitación y baño. Las camas están aceptables, las almohadas si dejan mucho que desear. El salón de juegos tiene muy poca iluminación y los juegos si requieren una nueva inversión. Hay caballerizas dónde te pueden enseñar a bañar un caballo y/o a montar con alguien especializado. Claro con costo extra. En general una buena experiencia, si eres muy observador en los detalles, seguro encontrarás, sin embargo si quieres disfrutar la alberca con tus hijos, es lo ideal.
Me hospedé con mi familia 3 días y 2 noches, fuimos al spa el cual recomiendo mucho con un servicio muy completo desde el sauna, el masaje, circuito hidrotermal y la envoltura de chocolate, el servicio en atención al cliente es de los más amable de todo el personal, la estructura me encantó por su estilo colonial, el cuarto muy amplio, limpio, con aguas y cafetera para usar; la temporada que acudimos era invierno pero te ofrecen en el cuarto cobijas súper calientitas y lo mejor es que el hotel se alimenta de agua termal el cual está súper rica y nos comentaron que en verano sale todavía más caliente. ¡Por cierto los alimentos en el desayuno están deliciosos! Encantados de regresar al hotel y al spa!
Historic view, great customer service, affordable, room are clean, definitely need touch up just to maintain due to old furniture and lay of the room structures but over all great experience
Sin duda, es muy grande. Año con año disfruto de una estadía con mi familia en este lugar. Buena comida y sus camas son cómodas; la piscina es grande y se mantiene cálida. No he tenido la fortuna de probar su spa, pero sí he salido a caminar por toda la hacienda y es muy tranquilo.
